Please create an account at https://app.playxchange.global/login. Use the same email address on your TopBetta/ClassicBet account to sign up to the PlayXchange.
We highly recommend reading the below FAQs prior to registering.
Then the next steps you need to complete are:
1. Login to your account
2. Select “Settings” on the menu
3. Update your Profile so your name, address and DOB is exactly as appears on your government-issued ID.
4. Click “Verify Identity” on the left hand side and follow the prompts. Please ensure prior to verification that your Profile matches exactly what is on the documentation you will be using to submit for verification. If verification fails, please follow the manual process outlined in the KYC Submission Guide
5. Select “Top Up” on the menu
6. Click “Receive PlayChips” and generate your PlayXchange deposit address
7. Copy and paste the address in and create a ticket on the PlayXchange Support Portal. Please entitle the ticket "TopBetta/ClassicBet Token Claim" and include the address, full name and amount owed so we can cross reference it against our records.
Please be aware of the TopBetta and ClassicBet promotional Ts&Cs that need to be satisfied in order to receive tokens.
