Register an account on the PlayXchange with a new email address.
Once this is done, create an account on the PlayXchange Support Portal with this same address. Raise a ticket requesting that a claim link be sent to your new email address in order to receive your PlayChips.
Please include the below when submitting your ticket:
- The old Facebook email address that was attached to your PlayUp account
- A photograph of your government-issued photo ID (NOT a scanned copy)
- A selfie of you holding this ID. Please ensure that only your face and ID are visibile in this selfie - we do not need to see your body. We need to be able to verify that you are holding the same ID.
A support agent will then verify that you are the correct owner of these tokens and email a claim link to you for you to redeem your PlayChips.
